Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services purchased on evisazerbaijan.org. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Cancellation After Submission

  • Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the processing of your visa application begins immediately.
  • For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after payment, regardless of the application status.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after payment cannot be accepted.

2. No Refunds After Service Begins

All service fees are non-refundable once the application review or processing has started.

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Visa rejection by the Government of Azerbaijan
  • Delays caused by government authorities or system issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the applicant
  • Customer cancellation request after submission
  • Customer decision not to travel after visa application is submitted
  • Duplicate applications submitted by the customer

3. Refunds Due to Our Error

A refund may be issued only if we fail to provide the service due to an internal error that prevents us from processing your application.

Such cases are rare and handled on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued only for the service fee; government visa fees (if applicable) cannot be refunded.

4. Government Fees

Government e-visa fees are collected and processed by the relevant authorities.

These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if:

  • The application is denied
  • The applicant withdraws their request
  • The applicant made a mistake in the provided information

5. Processing Delays

Estimated processing times are approximations and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government systems
  • Holidays
  • High application volume
  • Security or additional verification procedures

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice due to a technical error, you may request a refund for the duplicate payment.

Refund requests for duplicate payments must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
